Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close property deals.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with project, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Expand the company's customer base through strategic partnerships and business development.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
