Job Title: Receptionist / Front Office ExecutiveLocation: Hyundai Capital India Corporate Office, Sector-42, Golf Course Road, Gurugram
Job SummaryWe are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused Receptionist / Front Office Executive to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and employees while ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office ManagementWelcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, screen calls, transfer them to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company security protocols.
- Administrative SupportSchedule meeting rooms and coordinate visitor appointments.
- Coordinate with the Administration, HR, IT, and Facilities teams for smooth office operations.
- Handle inward and outward courier services, mail distribution, and document dispatch.
- Maintain records of office supplies and coordinate replenishment of stationery and pantry items.
- Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, employee engagement activities, and corporate events.
- Office CoordinationSupport travel bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements for employees and visitors whenever required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and facility management teams to maintain office standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Administrative Executive in a corporate office.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming and etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Preferred SkillsStrong communication and telephone etiquette.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a service-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Working Days5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)
- Compensation & BenefitsAnnual CTC: ₹5.25 LPA – ₹5.75 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)
