About the Company:

It's an Indian insurtech company that enables insurance advisors, POS agents, and financial advisors to sell insurance products digitally. The company partners with multiple insurance providers and offers technology, training, and support to help advisors grow their insurance business.

Business Model: B2B2C (Technology platform for insurance advisors and agents)  

Location: Delhi (NSP), Noida & Gurgaon

Role: Relationship Manager 

Eligibility: Fresher/Experienced 

Shift: General (09:30AM–6:30PM) 

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)  

 Salary in CTC: Up to 4.5LPA + Incentive

What We're Looking For:

✔ Good communication and convincing skills.

✔ Relationship management

✔Team handling and training

✔ Target-oriented mindset

✔ Basic smartphone and app knowledge.

Key Learning Areas:

✅ Recruiting and managing a team of financial advisors/agents. 

✅ Managing the complete life cycle of financial advisors/agents, e.g., meeting and interacting with them on a regular basis. 

✅ Training the financial advisors/agents on our app to serve their customers in the most efficient and effective manner. 

✅ Achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly targets. 

✅ Driving financial advisors/agents for higher productivity and focusing on renewals. 

This role is well suited for fresh graduates and candidates with field sales, agency sales, and BFSI sales experience who enjoy meeting people and achieving sales targets.
