Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage customer relationships from inquiry to admission
✅ Conduct Care Home tours and explain services
✅ Convert leads into successful admissions
✅ Achieve occupancy and revenue targets
✅ Maintain CRM and ensure a seamless customer journey
✅Location : Gurugram
Preferred Experience:
✔️ 2-6 years in Relationship Management, Business Development, Healthcare Sales, Hospitality, Customer Experience, or Premium Sales
✔️ Candidates from Hospitals, IVF Centres, Luxury Hotels, Senior Living, Insurance, Wellness, Premium Real Estate, or similar industries are encouraged to apply.
