Job Description
- The Relationship Officer plays a pivotal role in managing and growing client relationships within the investment and wealth management domain. This position requires a blend of financial acumen, client servicing excellence, and strategic advisory capabilities to deliver tailored investment solutions and foster long-term trust.Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and affluent clients.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through regular engagement and personalized service.
- Investment Advisory
- Understand client financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
- Recommend suitable investment products including mutual funds, PMS, bonds, equities, insurance, and alternative assets.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and research teams to deliver informed advice.
- Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting
- Track client portfolios and provide timely updates on performance, market trends, and rebalancing needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies.
- Business Development
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across wealth products.
- Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Operational & Compliance Support
- Facilitate onboarding, KYC documentation, and transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to audit and compliance .
