Role: Outlet Manager / Xperience Manager – Pink Adrak


Role Overview


Manage daily outlet operations, ensure great customer experience, drive sales through upselling, and take ownership of the outlet’s P&L.


Key Responsibilities (KRAs)


  1. Manage daily outlet operations smoothly across all shifts.
  2. Ensure a great customer experience and handle customer issues.
  3. Drive sales through upselling and better service.
  4. Take ownership of outlet P&L (sales, costs, profitability).
  5. Manage and train the team for consistent performance.
  6. Maintain service quality, hygiene, and brand standards.
  7. Track and manage inventory to avoid shortages or wastage.
  8. Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of materials.
  9. Monitor daily sales and share basic reports.
  10. Control costs (food, staff, and operations) to improve margins.
