Job Description
SALES EXECUTIVE DUTIES
🛍️ 1. PRODUCT PRESENTATION (THE “LOOK”)
· Fabrics, Bedsheets aur blankets ko customer ke dekhne ke turant baad fold karein
· Curtain sample books aur wallpaper catalogs ko proper jagah par rakhein
· Display perfect rakhein: mattress covers straight ho aur pillows plump dikhein
🤝 2. CUSTOMER CONSULTATION (THE “SALE”)
· Har customer ko professionally greet karein
· Product ke benefits clearly explain karein
· Customer ko color aur design match karne mein help karein
· Zarurat padne par customer ke home/site par visit karke sale close karein
· On-site sales ke liye product samples/displays saath le kar jaayein
🧼3. AREA OWNERSHIP
· Apna section clean aur clutter-free rakhein
· Customer ke baad display turant reset karein
· Hamesha premium “luxury” look maintain karein
🏪4. DAILY DISPLAY RESPONSIBILITY
· Morning : Display products bahar lagayein (khud ya help lekar)
· Night : Sabhi display products wapas store ke andar rakhein
📋DAILY SUCCESS CHECKLIST
Morning : - Sab samples aur displays arrange karein - Bahar ka display set karein
During Day : - Har customer ke baad items fold aur reset karein
After Sale : - Order form/undertaking clearly fill karein
Evening : - Store ko next day ke liye ready karein - Bahar ka display wapas andar rakhein
