Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates who are passionate

about sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

assisting customers, driving store sales, maintaining store presentation, and delivering an

exceptional customer experience aligned with the Cult brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement

● Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable sports and fitness products.

● Understand customer requirements and provide personalized product recommendations.

● Deliver a positive and engaging in-store experience.

2. Sales & Target Achievement

● Achieve individual and store sales targets.

● Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and new product launches.

● Upsell and cross-sell products to increase store revenue.

3. Product Knowledge

● Maintain good knowledge of activewear, footwear, and fitness accessories.

● Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers confidently.

4. Store Presentation

● Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

● Support visual merchandising activities according to company guidelines.5. Inventory Support

● Assist in stock replenishment and ensure product availability on the floor.

● Support stock checks and inventory management processes.

6. Team Collaboration

● Work closely with the store team to achieve daily and monthly store targets.

● Follow company policies, processes, and operational standards.

Candidate Requirements

● Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

● 0–2 years of retail or sales experience (activewear or apparel preferred).

● Passion for sports, fitness, and customer service.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills
