Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Sales Executive to oversee daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, supervising the team, and maintaining the overall efficiency and performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge
• Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner
• Manage store inventory, reordering, and stock audits
• Oversee visual merchandising and ensure the store is well-presented at all times
• Train, motivate, and monitor staff performance and development
• Ensure all store operations comply with company policies and standard operating procedures
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports
• Coordinate with the head office and other branches for promotional campaigns and product launches
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the store

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a retail store.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills
• Experience with retail POS systems and basic computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Team-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
