Job Description

We are looking for a Growth Manager who can convert Instagram and WhatsApp leads into sales for our jewellery brands (BSS SSTRINGZ & SSTRINGZ).

This is NOT a basic posting job.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert WhatsApp leads into sales (daily follow-ups)
  • Plan Instagram content for:
  • Jewellers (B2B pearls)
  • Retail customers (jewellery)
  • Manage 4 Instagram accounts strategically
  • Suggest offers, campaigns, and sales ideas
  • Work with team to increase retail + online sales

Requirement:

  • Experience in Instagram marketing or sales
  • Must understand how to generate and convert leads
  • Should think independently and take ownership

Salary: ₹40,000 – 50000₹ + performance incentive
