Job Description:

Jai Sheetla Automobiles is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive automobile sales, develop marketing strategies, and build strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and supporting business growth.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into customers
• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle showroom visits and customer queries professionally
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
• Manage promotional campaigns and local marketing activities
• Prepare sales reports and performance updates
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1 years of experience in automobile sales & marketing preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of automobile products and market trends
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email handling)
