Sales Associate -- Freight & Logistics

Location: Gurugram, India | Shift: US Business Hours (EST/PST)

Role Overview:

You'll own the full sales cycle for USA based freight clients from outreach to closed deal and subsequent ongoing account management. This is a sales role with operational ownership; you're earning clients and not offloading them.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify US-based clients/shippers via email and outbound calls across FTL, LTL and drayage freight segments.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active leads.
• Understand client freight requirements and propose suitable logistics solutions.
• Negotiate rates and close freight contracts independently.
• Coordinate with carrier/ops teams to ensure smooth execution of booked loads.
• Manage post-sale relationships to drive repeat business and account growth.
• Track shipment status and handle escalations for your accounts.
• Meet monthly revenue targets tied to tiered incentive slabs

Requirements:

• Strong spoken and written English comfortable holding calls with US clients during EST/PST hours
• Confident cold caller; rejection doesn't slow you down
• Organised enough to juggle pipeline, active accounts, and ops coordination simultaneously
• Any educational background welcome; performance is the only metric that matters here

Compensation:

Fixed base + tiered monthly incentive based on revenue generated. Higher the revenue, higher the slab no cap on earnings.
