Job Title: Sales & Business Development Associate
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: 25,000 – 30,000/month + Incentives + Travel Reimbursement
Job Type: Full Time
Experience: 6 months – 2 years
Working Days: 6 days a week
Job Description:
This is for fast-growing funded startup that is changing how construction materials are bought and sold in India. We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Associates to join our Gurgaon team.
Your work will include:
- Visiting contractors, builders, and residential societies in your area
- Generating leads and building a strong customer pipeline
- Onboarding retail partners and distributors
- Promoting the company's platform and helping customers get started
- Meeting architects, interior designers, and project consultants
- Maintaining daily visit reports and market feedback
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience in field sales, FMCG, real estate, construction sales, or similar.
- Are comfortable with daily outdoor field work
- Have strong communication and convincing skills
- Own a two-wheeler (preferred)
- Can join immediately or within 7 days
