Sales Counselor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Counsellor who will

be responsible for handling leads provided by the backend team, counselling prospective

clients, booking appointments, and ensuring proper client coordination throughout the process.

The candidate should possess strong communication and follow-up skills with the ability to

guide and convince clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and connect with leads received from the backend team

• Counsel prospective clients regarding company services and offerings

• Understand client requirements and address their queries effectively

• Schedule and book appointments for clients

• Coordinate with clients and ensure they reach the concerned clinic/client location on time

• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients before and after appointments

• Maintain proper records of leads, appointments, and client interactions

• Build positive relationships with prospective clients

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling and appointment management

• Achieve assigned targets related to appointments and client conversions

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good counselling and convincing abilities

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Ability to handle client queries professionally

• Basic knowledge of sales and client management

• Target-oriented and proactive approach

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

• 1–3 years preferred in counselling, telecalling, sales, or business development
