Sales Executive

Role Overview

The Calling Executive is responsible for reaching out to customers over the phone, providing information about Star Health Insurance policies, assisting with queries, and driving sales. This role combines customer service with tele-sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain Star Health Insurance policies and services
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policies
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Achieve daily calling and sales targets
• Update customer details and call records in CRM systems
• Follow up with existing customers for renewals and feedback

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills (English/Hindi)
• Persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Patience and customer handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
