Job Description
Job Description – Sales Process
We are hiring graduates for Sales Process role. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and selling products. Applicants should have good communication skills and basic sales knowledge.
Salary: ₹22,000 (freshers) / ₹25,000 (experienced, in-hand)
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational offs, 10.5-hour shifts
Shifts: Rotational (boys) / Rotational day shifts (girls)
Training: 10–15 days (₹800/day stipend)
Eligibility: Graduation mandatory; sales experience preferred JD for Customer service
Need excellent comms
Highest qualification:- Graduate
Salary:- 26k ctc and 22200 inhand
After 6 months of successful PKT(process knowledge test) and mockcalls salary will increase to 28k CTC
1 year of On papers experience of BPO is mandatory.
Preference :- Sales and customer service experience
Shift:- Rotational Shifts for boys ,day for girls
Location:- Gurgaon
