We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Membership Sales Consultant who can build relationships, inspire confidence, and help prospective members begin their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert walk-ins, referrals, and digital leads into memberships.

- Conduct professional gym tours and confidently present our facilities and membership plans.

- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members.

- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to maximize conversions.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and memberships in the CRM.

- Deliver a premium customer experience at every stage of the sales journey.

- Work closely with the fitness and operations teams to ensure excellent member satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Female candidate with a professional and confident personality.

- 3-5 years of experience in sales, hospitality, luxury retail, wellness, or fitness industry.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
