Job Description
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively reach out to potential clients via cold calls, walk-in inquiries, corporate outreach, and referral programs.
Facility Tours: Conduct personalized, energetic tours of the gym, highlighting key equipment, group classes, locker rooms, and wellness amenities.
Sales & Closing: Tailor membership packages to fit individual client goals, explain pricing tiers, and utilize persuasive sales techniques to close contracts.
Member Onboarding & Retention: Make courtesy calls to new members to ensure they are acclimating, and follow up with existing members for renewals, upgrades, or personal training packages.
Record Management: Log customer interactions, inquiries, and sales data accurately into the gym’s CRM or membership management software.
