Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:
Amaya Landbase is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to connect with potential customers, generate leads, schedule meetings, and support the sales team in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain company projects and services professionally.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Schedule site visits and meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of telecalling/customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer knowledge.
