Job Description
Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively generate and nurture leads through outreach, corporate tie-ups, networking, and referral programs.
Facility Tours: Greet walk-ins, conduct engaging and informative tours of the gym, and explain membership tiers and amenities.
Membership Sales: Consult with potential members to understand their fitness needs, present pricing options, overcome objections, and successfully close sales.
Customer Retention & Upselling: Build rapport with existing members to encourage renewals, upgrade memberships, and promote personal training packages.
Administration: Maintain accurate databases of client interactions, track daily sales performance, and assist with smooth front desk check-ins.
