Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and grow our B2C sales team in the Debt Resolution industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve company sales goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies and performance plans
- Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and overall team performance
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives
- Improve sales scripts, processes, and customer communication
- Work closely with management to scale the business
- Handle escalated client situations when necessary
- Ensure high-quality customer experience and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales
- Strong background in B2C sales
- Experience in Debt Resolution, Debt Collection, Financial Services, Credit Repair, or related industries is highly preferred
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- English proficiency required
- Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
