Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.


Sales Generation: Drive sales of residential and commercial properties through effective lead conversion and relationship management.


Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.


Market Research: Stay updated on property market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.


Site Visits: Organize and conduct property site visits for clients and provide end-to-end assistance during the sales cycle.


Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, CRM, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
