Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are an Exhibition Booth Fabrication company. We are looking for a dynamic B2B Tele-Sales Executive to generate leads by calling exhibitors and promoting our booth services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead Generation: Research and find exhibitor company names and contact numbers using Apollo, LinkedIn, and Google
2. Cold Calling: Make 50-60 outbound calls daily to explain our exhibition booth solutions
3. Follow-ups: Follow up with interested clients and share proposals, quotations, and catalogs
4. WhatsApp Coordination: Share designs, booth details, and updates with clients on WhatsApp
5. Target Oriented: Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English - both written and spoken
2. Sales Mindset: Experience in cold calling / B2B sales preferred but freshers can apply
3. Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, and Apollo. Training will be provided
4. Attitude: Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at building client relationships
5. Education: Graduate preferred
