✔ Minimum 6 Months experience in BFSI / Insurance / Field Sales

✔ Local candidates preferred

✔ Two-Wheeler & Valid Driving License Mandatory

✔ Comfortable with Field Sales

✔ Insurance / BFSI Sales experience preferred

✔ Maximum Age: 32 Years

• 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesCross-sell HDFC Life, General Insurance, Fixed Deposits & other financial products to Home Loan customers.
• Generate business through open market sourcing and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable investment and insurance solutions.
• Build strong relationships with Home Loan Executives (HLEs) and conduct joint customer visits.
• Manage customer portfolios and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
• Coordinate with partner representatives to ensure seamless customer service.
• Ensure timely renewal of sourced business.
• Follow company compliance, certification, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain professional grooming, sales kit, and customer-first attitude.
