Senior Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, managing admissions, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career options
• Handle walk-ins, calls, and online admission inquiries
• Convert leads into successful admissions
• Maintain student records and follow-up with prospects
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Coordinate with the academic and management team for smooth operations
• Guide junior counsellors if required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions counselling / education sales
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Ability to handle targets and lead conversions
• Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel / lead management

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives (Based on experience)
