Role Summary

The Senior Sales & Operations Manager is a critical leadership role at DoPrint and will be responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring seamless execution of printing deployment and service operations across the Delhi NCR region.



This role will serve as the primary point of contact between Sales & Operations, Production Partners, Logistics, Finance and Customer Success. The incumbent will own the regional sales pipeline, key customer relationships, operational delivery and service quality. The role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, execution discipline and on-ground operational leadership, suited for a fast-growing, technology-led automated printing services startup.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Core duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Sales & Revenue Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales performance for the Delhi NCR region, including new customer acquisition, account growth, renewals and cross-selling.
  • Identify, qualify and close B2B opportunities across enterprise segments including corporates, education institutions, residential societies, etc.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, partnerships and referrals.
  • Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, SLAs and payment terms while ensuring target gross margins.
  • Act as the primary relationship owner for key and strategic accounts, ensuring long-term retention and account expansion.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates and performance reports using CRM and internal reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership to develop go-to-market strategies, campaigns and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activity and pricing benchmarks to inform sales strategy.


2. Operations & Fulfilment Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment for the region, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, quality standards and service levels.
  • Coordinate closely with internal production teams, automated printing systems, third-party print partners and logistics providers.
  • Onboard, train and manage external vendor partners and last-mile delivery partners.
  • Define, implement and continuously improve operational SOPs for order processing, production, dispatch and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and manage operational KPIs including turnaround time (TAT), defect rates, reprints, delivery success rates and customer escalations.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex customer or operational issues and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Forecast demand and align device production capacity and vendor partner readiness to meet sales commitments.
  • Work closely with Finance to manage billing accuracy, collections coordination and profitability reporting at the regional level.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a liaison between Sales & Operations, Technology, Finance, and Customer Support teams.

  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Tech teams based on customer usage patterns and operational challenges.
  • Support leadership in strategic planning, capacity planning and regional expansion initiatives.
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior sales or operations team members as the organization scales.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years in B2B sales with progressive responsibility; demonstrable experience managing field operations or fulfilment desirable. Experience in printing, SAAS sales, logistics, or enterprise services (educational institutions and residential societies) is a strong plus.
  • Education: Graduate required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record: Consistent over-achievement of sales targets; experience closing enterprise customers and managing complex commercial negotiations.
  • Technical familiarity: Comfortable with CRMs, MS Excel, spreadsheet (reporting and forecasting) and basic understanding of production workflows.
  • Required Skills & AttributesSales Acumen: Strong consultative selling, negotiation and account management capabilities.
  • Operational Excellence: Process-driven mindset with the ability to manage complex fulfilment workflows.
  • Communication: Clear, confident and professional verbal and written communication skills. credible with C-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, create forecasts, run simple margin analysis, track metrics, and make fact-based decisions.
  • Leadership & Ownership: High accountability, ability to lead from the front and manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Startup Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and building systems from scratch.
  • Customer Focus: Strong orientation towards service quality, problem-solving, and long-term relationship building.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR and work flexible hours as required.
