Senior Curtain Designer

We speacialise in curtains manufacturing and window treatment, for that we are looking for a senior Curtain designer for our organization Zynna .

A Senior Curtain Designer is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the creation and installation of curtains, drapes, blinds, and other window treatments while ensuring quality, functionality, and customer satisfaction.

• Senior Curtain Designer – Key ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, budget, and project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to take accurate window measurements and assess installation conditions.
• Create customized curtain, drapery, blind, and soft furnishing designs for residential and commercial projects.
• Recommend suitable fabrics, colors, textures, patterns, hardware, and accessories.
• Prepare design concepts, mood boards, fabric presentations, and product samples.
• Develop detailed specifications, drawings, and material requirements for production.
• Coordinate with sales teams, production units, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Supervise curtain fabrication to ensure designs meet quality standards and client specifications.
• Oversee on-site installation and resolve any design or fitting issues.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, fabrics, window treatment innovations, and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
• Train and mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards throughout the design and installation process.
• Prepare quotations, material estimates, and project documentation when required.
• Handle client feedback, modifications, and post-installation support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Required SkillsExpertise in curtain and window treatment design.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, tracks, rods, and installation techniques.
• Excellent space planning and color coordination skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

• Typical QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in curtain, soft furnishing, or interior design.
• Experience managing custom window treatment projects from concept through installation.
• Knowledge of current market trends, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
