 Position: Senior HR Manager

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Company: BookMyAssets

Salary: ₹35,000–50,000/month

Work Days: 6 days a week (Sunday Off)

Role Summary


We are looking for a dynamic Senior HR Manager to oversee and drive the end-to-end HR function. The role focuses on strategic hiring, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and performance systems in a fast-paced, sales-driven real estate setup.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive talent acquisition (10–15 hires/month) for sales, field, and support teams
  • Conduct interviews, screening, background checks, and manage recruitment channels
  • Handle payroll, attendance tracking, and error-free salary processing
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies
  • Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, and quarterly evaluations
  • Lead training & development initiatives with department heads
  • Resolve employee issues, grievances, and manage conflict resolution
  • Manage employee engagement, retention, and exit formalities
  • Conduct and analyze employee satisfaction surveys
  • Maintain accurate HR reports, records, and HRMS entries
  • Requirements MBA in HR or relevant degree
  • 5 years of HR experience (at least 2 years in real estate/construction preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, payroll, and compliance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, lead independently, and work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook
