Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Sales Executive to handle resale and rental property transactions. The candidate will be responsible for handling company-generated leads, converting prospects into clients, arranging property visits, and closing deals while delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle company-provided leads and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Conduct tele-calling / tele-pitching to explain property details and address customer queries.
  • Schedule and manage site visits for potential buyers or tenants.
  • Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding rental and resale properties based on their requirements and budget.
  • Present and explain different property options and projects to clients.
  • Facilitate tenant acquisition by showing suitable properties to prospective tenants.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure smooth deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to generate referrals and repeat business.

Required Skills :

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good convincing and sales abilities
  • Basic knowledge of real estate resale and rental market
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups
  • Customer-focused approach


Experience & Qualification :

  • 1–3 years experience in real estate sales / rental / resale preferred
  • Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply
  • Graduate preferred


Compensation :

  • Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives on closures
