Service Crew

We are a premium biryani and café brand on Zomato, Swiggy, and WhatsApp, with walk-in service at our Sector 74 outlet. Looking for a serious, hygienic, hardworking crew member who can handle biryani kitchen, café operations, and walk-in customers.

What you will do:

Walk-in customer service:

• Greet walk-in customers warmly and professionally

• Take orders, explain menu, suggest combos and add-ons

• Handle billing, payment, and order handover

• Resolve customer queries and complaints calmly

Biryani kitchen:

• Heat, assemble, and finish biryanis and curries as per visual recipe cards

• Basic cooking — tadka, gravy reheating, rice portioning, garnishing

• Weigh every portion as per SOP

Café operations:

• Burger assembly — patty cooking, bun toasting, layering, sauce application as per recipe card

• Beverage prep — cold drinks, mocktails, shakes, iced teas

• Coffee prep Using Fully Automatic Machine Not Semi Automatic— espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, cold coffee on the machine

Packing and dispatch:

• Pack accurately, label, seal, and hand over to Zomato and Swiggy riders within 12 minutes

• Maintain order accuracy — no missing items, no swaps

Hygiene and upkeep:

• Clean kitchen, café counter, and equipment during and after every shift

• Follow FSSAI hygiene standards — gloves, hairnet, apron, hand wash

• Report stock and issues to owner daily

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a branded QSR, café, or cloud kitchen (Chaayos, Behrouz, Biryani By Kilo, Starbucks, Blue Tokai, Third Wave, KFC, Burger King, Faasos, or similar)

• Confident handling walk-in customers — polite, well-spoken in Hindi and basic English

• Serious about hygiene — no smoking on premises or during shift

• Available 6 days a week, 1pm-10pm, one weekly off

• Honest, punctual, willing to follow visual SOPs without shortcuts
