Service Engineer

The prospective Service Engineer will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing machines on-site at clients' locations. The role will involve both technical and customer-facing aspects and will require the Field Service Engineer to interact with clients and provide technical support in person and via phone/email.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer in Mechanical field and with hands-on experience with mechanical equipment, preferably precision CNC machine tools. 
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• For service engineer, the prospect should possess in depth knowledge of various modules of machine tools, namely guideways, ball screws, hydraulic & pneumatic circuits, coolant systems and respective troubleshooting methodologies.
• For CNC application engineer, the prospect should have hands-on experience in CNC programming, component prove-out, time study and establishing process capability.
• Knowledge of machining processes, including grinding, cutting, and milling
• Experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as working in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and working collaboratively with colleagues.
• A valid driving license for 2-wheeler and willingness to travel on a regular basis to clients' locations within (up to 80 KM) given region
• The prospect should also be willing to travel to other town as per company needs.
