Job Description
Site Supervisor (Construction)
Location: Gurgaon
We are hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities for our project in Gurgaon.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction work and contractors.
- Read and execute work as per architectural, structural, and civil drawings.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities.
- Estimate and manage construction material requirements.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Strong understanding of architectural and civil drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, BOQs, and site execution.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with residential or commercial projects preferred.
