Social Media Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Brainstorm, script, and shoot/edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and static graphics.
• Community Management: Respond to comments and direct messages (DMs) to build and nurture our online community.
• Calendar Management: Help plan and maintain the monthly social media content calendar.
• Platform Operations: Assist with scheduling and publishing content using tools like Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track social media metrics, identify high-performing trends, and prepare basic engagement reports.
• Market Research: Monitor industry competitors and stay up-to-date with viral trends. [1, 2, 3]

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Skills: Solid understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
• Tools: Basic knowledge of design/editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (familiarity with multiple languages is a plus).
