Social Media Manager

We are looking for a highly driven and data-oriented Digital Marketing Ads Manager to join our team at Divine11 Astro. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in running, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.

The role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, tracking systems, attribution, analytics, and campaign optimization. The candidate must be comfortable working with both marketing and technical teams to ensure accurate data tracking and performance measurement.

This is primarily a Work From Office role, with periodic hybrid flexibility depending on work allocation and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads
• YouTube Ads
• Other performance marketing platforms as required
• Manage campaign objectives including:
• User acquisition
• Lead generation
• App installs
• Conversion optimization
• Retargeting and remarketing
• Monitor campaign KPIs including:
• ROAS
• CAC
• CPI
• CTR
• Conversion rates
• Retention metrics
• Set up and manage tracking systems for accurate attribution and analytics
• Generate reports, dashboards, and actionable insights from campaign data
• Coordinate with developers and product teams for implementation of tracking events and analytics integrations
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, funnels, landing pages, and campaign structures
• Analyze user behavior and marketing funnels to improve conversion and retention
• Maintain data accuracy across web and app analytics platforms

The candidate must have practical working knowledge of tools and systems such as GA4, GTM, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, Meta Pixel, CAPIGA4.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and attribution models
• Experience handling large advertising budgets
• Ability to interpret analytics and convert data into growth strategies
• Knowledge of app marketing and mobile attribution systems
• Familiarity with API integrations and event tracking implementation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Prior startup experience is a plus
