Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn for Blossom Stayz and sister brands
- Shoot and edit Reels, room walkthroughs, resident testimonials, food shots, and behind-the-scenes content at our properties
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and hashtags that bring in DMs and inquiries
- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Instagram + Facebook) for lead generation
- Manage community: reply to comments, DMs, and reviews within 2 hours during work hours
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and freelancers when needed
- Track weekly performance — reach, engagement, leads, cost-per-lead — and report to management
- Stay updated on trends, audio, and formats relevant to students and young working professionals
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience handling social media for a real estate, hospitality, F&B, education, or D2C brand
- Must know how to shoot and edit Reels on phone (CapCut / InShot / VN)
- Working knowledge of Canva and basic Photoshop
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and running paid ad campaigns
- Good written English and Hindi
- Comfortable visiting properties across Delhi NCR for shoots (travel reimbursed)
- Bonus: Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing, influencer outreach, or YouTube SEO
