Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven professionals for the role of Business Development Associate (BDA) / Sr. BDA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth in the EdTech space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the EdTech sector
- Engage with prospective learners via calls, consultations, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream 0–6 years of experience (EdTech or sales experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales aptitude and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
