Store Incharge

Job Summary:-

The Store Incharge is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the stores, including receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of raw materials, components, consumables, and finished goods. The role ensures accurate inventory records, timely material availability for production, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:-

1) Manage all store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.

2) Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.

3) Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss.

4) Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow.

5) Ensure proper labeling, binning, and housekeeping within the store.

6) Maintain documentation for inward and outward material movement.

7) Supervise store assistants and helpers.

8) Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.

9) Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.

10) Knowledge and experience in any Inventory Management Software
