We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and overall upkeep
• Monitor stock levels, ensure proper replenishment, and minimize wastage

2. Sales & Revenue Management

• Drive store sales and achieve assigned targets
• Execute in-store promotions and sales strategies
• Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve results

3. Customer Experience

• Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty

4. Team Management

• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve business goals
• Prepare duty rosters and manage staff scheduling
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

5. Inventory Management

• Manage stock availability and conduct regular inventory audits
• Coordinate with the supply chain team for timely replenishment
• Ensure proper stock rotation and storage practices

6. Visual Merchandising

• Maintain attractive and organized product displays
• Implement seasonal and promotional visual merchandising as per brand guidelines

7. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records related to sales, staff, and inventory

8. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Monitor KPIs and share insights for continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in retail/store management
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in retail store operations (mandatory)
• Experience in FMCG or food retail industry preferred
• Familiarity with organic or sustainable products will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software
