MARS CARCARE is hiring an energetic and result-oriented Supervisor for our Gurgaon location. We are looking for candidates with strong sales, customer handling, and team management skills who are passionate about the automobile industry.


  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations and team performance.
  • Handle customer interactions and resolve queries.
  • Support sales activities and achieve business targets.
  • Coordinate with the team for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service.


  • Requirements:


  • Experience in Sales/Supervisory role.
  • Manual & Automatic Car Driving (Valid Driving License Preferred).
  • Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills.
  • Excellent Customer Handling & Communication.
  • Team Handling Experience.
  • Automobile Industry experience preferred.
