Position
Indian & Tandoor Chef (CDP / DCDP Level)
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and cook North Indian and Tandoor dishes as per company standards
Handle daily operations of the Indian & Tandoor section
Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene standards
Prepare gravies, curries, kebabs, breads, and tandoor items efficiently
Maintain proper food storage and stock rotation
Monitor kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service operations
Manage wastage control and portion standards
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Indian & Tandoor section
Knowledge of tandoor operations and Indian cuisine preparation
Ability to work in fast-paced restaurant/cloud kitchen environment
Team handling skills preferred for senior positions
Immediate joiners preferred
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹26,000 In-Hand (Based on Trial & Experience)
