Job Description

Key Responsibilities of Operations Team Leader / Operations Manager :

  1. Supervise and guide a team to meet daily/weekly operational targets
  2. Allocate work to MIS / Service Support / Logistics / Tele calling Team / Payment Collection
  3. Monitor performance, productivity, and quality standards
  4. Handle escalations and resolve operational issues
  5. Conduct team meetings, briefings, and performance reviews
  6. Train, coach, and mentor team members
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines
  8. Prepare and submit reports on performance and KPIs
  9. Coordinate with other departments (Accounts ,MIS, Sales,Purchase etc.)
  10. Working on GeM Portal is Preference
  11. Team Handling of 5-7 Members of Operations
  12. Knowledge of Customer Process from Sales Order till Payments
  13. E Mail Writing / MS Excel / Good Verbal Communication Skills
