Technical Customer Support Executive
📍 Location: Gurugram (Sector 48, Sohna Road)
🏢 Company: TechHand Innovation Pvt. Ltd.
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
👥 Openings: 4
- Shift Timings7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, or
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
📅 Working Days: 6 days a week (Fixed Weekly Off)
⚡ Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
- Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer queries through chat (80%) and calls (20%).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide quick, effective solutions.
- Ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support.
- Guide customers in using our platform and resolving product-related issues.
- Work closely with the Product and Technical teams to resolve complex concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Who Can Apply?Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support or Customer Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong written English communication skills (chat support is the primary responsibility).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of SaaS or software products will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in fixed shifts and learn in a fast-paced environment.
