Job Description
- Deliver training programs for Data Analytics, Python, SQL, Excel, C/C++, and Full-Stack Development.
- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions with practical, hands-on learning approaches.
- Create structured course content, assignments, assessments, case studies, and project-based learning modules.
- Mentor, guide, and support trainers and learners to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
- Monitor learner progress, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure training content remains updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align training programs with industry and organizational requirements.
- Conduct trainer evaluations and implement best practices to improve training effectiveness.
- Organize workshops, coding sessions, mock interviews, and placement preparation activities.
- Track batch performance, attendance, completion rates, and learner satisfaction metrics.
- Support students in building real-world projects and strengthening problem-solving capabilities.
- Maintain training documentation, reports, schedules, and learning resources effectively.
- Foster a positive, motivating, and collaborative learning environment for all participants.
- Ensure timely completion of training programs while maintaining high training standards and quality.
