- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, HNI leads, and NRI clients from the database
- Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and property preference
- Schedule site visits and follow up consistently across the sales cycle
- Maintain accurate lead records and call logs in the CRM
- Coordinate with senior sales managers to hand off qualified prospects
