Job Description:We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining services to customers, resolving queries, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products/services clearly.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.
- Coordinate with the sales/support team when required.
- Required Skills:Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and polite speaking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and handle customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
