About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and supporting sales activities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/database.
• Address customer questions and resolve basic concerns.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
• Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience).
