Job Description
About the Role
We are a real estate consultancy firm based in Gurugram, dealing exclusively in premium residential and commercial projects in Goa.
We are looking for an energetic and articulate Tele Caller to connect with our leads, understand their investment/home-buying requirements, and guide them toward the right Goa property options.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, portals, and referrals
- Understand client requirements — budget, purpose (investment/holiday home/second home), preferred location in Goa, timeline, etc.
- Pitch and recommend suitable Goa real estate projects based on client needs
- Share relevant project details, brochures, and pricing information over call/WhatsApp/email
- Schedule site visits and virtual property tours with the sales team
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads at every stage of the funnel
- Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified/warm leads
- Follow up until deal closure and assist in resolving client queries throughout the buying journey
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- RequirementsExcellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Prior experience in tele-calling, telesales, or real estate (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong follow-up discipline and persistence
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business)
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with clients over calls
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Pleasant and professional phone etiquette
- Preferred SkillsPrior experience in real estate tele-calling or inside sales
- Familiarity with Goa real estate market (added advantage, not mandatory)
- Comfortable working with lead management/CRM software
