Job Summary:-

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and assisting the sales team in converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and leads.
• Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and offers to potential buyers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel sheets.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant project information.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead management and conversions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and basic English (additional languages are a plus).
• Confidence in handling customer conversations over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualification:-

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or real estate.
• Understanding of real estate sales processes and customer handling.
