Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Handle outbound calling for customer acquisition and collections
· Promote financial products and services
· Engage customers professionally and close conversations effectively
· Achieve daily calling.
· Maintain accurate call records in CRM systems
· Follow company compliance and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria
· Minimum 6 months to 1 year total work experience
· At least 6 months outbound calling experience
Strong English communication skills
· No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)
· Immediate joiners preferred
