Job Description
Role
Make outbound calls to prospective real estate buyers, generate interest, qualify leads, and follow up persistently to move them through the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to leads — introduce projects, answer queries, build rapport
- Follow up regularly with warm leads until conversion or closure
- Maintain call logs and lead status in Excel/CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team on site visits and closures
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, and engaging
- Strong persuasion and follow-up ability; not easily put off by rejections
- Basic laptop proficiency (Windows, email, internet)
- Excel skills preferred (data entry, tracking sheets)
- Prior experience in real estate or sales telecalling preferred; freshers with the right communication skills welcome
